Teriyaki Marinade

Sorry I am so slow getting this up. I got called into work this morning, so it's been a busy day.

Anyways, this marinade is one I got from my mom. It is so easy and you can use it on anything.

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. oil

That's it! I do like to add some minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. That's the nice thing about this recipe, it's so simple but you can still add things you like to it. I don't even measure ingredients any more, but it always comes out tasting delicious! It's best if you can marinate at least 2 hours, but even better if it marinates over night. You can use beef, chicken, and even fish. It works well on anything. I hope you like it!
